For clarity's sake and to avoid misunderstanding or disappointment, please check availability first by sending us email or calling us. If the room is available for your preferred dates and you wish to reserve it, we'll issue you a reservation number and hold the room for a short time. That's when we'll ask you for some more information and for pre-payment or a deposit.
• Requirements:
Minimum stay 3 nights (2 nights by prior agreement), guests (maximum two adults) are accommodated only with prior reservations.
• Deposit:
3 nights or more, deposit 50%. Remainder due the day of arrival.
(2 nights, if available, must be pre-paid in full)
• Pets:
Small dogs are welcome. The following charges apply:
- Very small dogs (less than 10lbs) $5 per night/dog;
- Larger dogs (over 10lbs) $15 per night/dog.
Restrictions apply, please ask.
• Check-in:
1 pm (13:00h) or by prior arrangement.
• Check-out:
1 pm (13:00h) or by prior arrangement.
• Cancellation Policy:
10 days before arrival date, or earlier.
If a cancellation is necessary, consider moving your reservation to an available vacancy of the same length, in that case no penalty will apply.
• Penalties:
Cancellation with more than 10 days notice:
- full refund less $25 administraton fee
Cancellation with less than 10 days notice:
- loss of deposit, unless we are able to re-book the room
No refund will be made for unused days or early departures.
• Payment:
We accept payment by cheque or money order, or online through PayPal Worldwide (which allows you to use the credit card of your choice). All transactions are in Canadian Dollars.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
